  1. Is it legal to offer a ticket purchasing service for members?
    Yes, it is legal. We don’t sell or resell lottery tickets — we simply buy them on behalf of our members. All tickets stay within Florida. This service is allowed under a 1992 Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruling (Florida Lottery vs. Monticello Communications), which confirmed that charging a service fee (not reselling tickets) is legal.
  2. Is this a spam website?
    No, we are a legitimate service. We help people who can’t purchase Florida Lottery tickets in person — whether they’re traveling, disabled, or don’t have transportation. Our service allows them to participate while also supporting Florida Lottery sales.
  3. How can I become a member?
    Just visit the “Member Zone” on our site and click “New Member” to register.
  4. What lottery games do you offer?
    We currently offer Powerball, Mega Millions, and Cash4Life. These are the only games available through our service.
  5. How do I receive my tickets?
    Once we receive your request, we buy your tickets from an authorized Florida Lottery retailer. We’ll scan them and email you a copy with your name written on the back. We cannot mail original tickets due to Florida law.
  6. When will I receive my ticket copies?
    Usually within a few minutes to a few hours. We guarantee you’ll receive your ticket copy before the draw. If we’re unable to complete your purchase (e.g., due to severe weather), we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
  7. Do you offer lottery pool services?
    Yes, we offer pool services for Powerball and Mega Millions. You must be a registered member to join. Visit our Pool Services page for more details.
  8. I joined a lottery pool — where can I see the tickets?
    Log into your account, go to “Pool Services,” select your pool, then click “View Pool Tickets” to see the numbers or scanned copies.
  9. I didn’t get my ticket copy by email — what should I do?
    First, check your spam or junk folder. Mark our email as “Not Spam” or “Important.” If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll resend it. We only send emails related to your orders and lottery results — no spam.
  10.   11. I use AOL — how do I get updates?                                                                 Make sure your MailControl settings allow messages from outside AOL. Set it to “Allow all email” to ensure proper delivery.
  12. How can I add your site to my phone’s home screen?
  13. What payment methods do you accept?                                                           We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You may also use Visa or MasterCard through PayPal.

  15. How do you prevent credit card fraud?                                                             We track all transactions, record IP addresses, and only redeem winnings to the cardholder’s name and billing address. Fraudulent activity is banned and reported to the authorities.
  16. My card was declined, but the bank says I was charged. Why?                       If your transaction is declined, your bank might still place a temporary hold on the funds. This usually clears in 24–72 hours. Contact your bank to confirm.
  17. How secure is my personal and payment information?                                 Our website uses SSL encryption (you’ll see “https” and a padlock icon in your browser). All personal and payment data is securely stored. If you have any concerns, contact us.
  18. Can I use PayPal to buy tickets?                                                                         Yes. You can fund your account through PayPal or use it directly at checkout. After paying, be sure to return to our website so your ticket order is completed.
  19. How do I get free tickets?                                                                               Games like Cash4Life may offer free ticket rewards. If you win a free ticket, we’ll redeem it after the draw and email it to you.
  20. What is your ticket purchase cutoff time?                                                         Our cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the day of the draw.
  21. How do I claim my winnings?                                                                                   If your prize is under $600, we’ll redeem it for you and deposit the funds into your account. If you win free tickets, we’ll also redeem those and send them to you. If your prize is over $600, we’ll send you an official claim form. Fill it out and return it so the Florida Lottery can mail your check. If you win the jackpot, we’ll arrange to hand the ticket to you in person. If you cannot claim a prize between $600–$5,000, we can do it for you and apply a 24% processing fee. For amounts over $5,000, we’ll guide you through the process and explain tax requirements.
  22. How do I get a claim form?                                                                                   You can get one at any Florida Lottery office or download it from their website.   23. What taxes apply to winnings?                                                                           U.S. citizens or residents with a Social Security number: 25% tax on prizes over $5,000. Without a Social Security number: 28% tax on prizes over $600. Non-resident aliens: 30% tax on all prizes. Winnings of $600 or more are reported to the IRS.
  24. What kind of computer or device do I need?                                                   Any internet-connected device with a modern browser that supports JavaScript — like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Our site runs best on Chrome or Internet Explorer.
  25. How do I cancel my account?                                                                             Log in, click the “Cancel” button. You’ll be logged out and future billing will stop. We do not refund charges for the current billing month.
  26. When are the draw times for the games you offer?                           Powerball: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday at 11:00 PM                           Mega Millions: Tuesday, Friday at 11:00 PM                                       Cash4Life: Daily at 9:00 PM
  27. What’s the difference between “lotto” and “lottery”                                   They both mean the same thing — a random drawing where prizes are awarded. In the U.S. and Canada, “lottery” is more common. In Europe, people tend to say “lotto.”
